The Community Asthma Partnership at Wolfson (CAP-W) resides under THE PLAYERS Center for Child Health at Wolfson Children’s Hospital

With the collective wisdom and dedication of the leaders behind the organization, we have developed a long-term plan to help families and children in our community better manage asthma.

These cooperative efforts have been led by the CAP-W Advisory Board and Baptist Health’s Community Health leadership and staff, comprised of pulmonologists, respiratory therapists, pharmacologists and community leaders.
